Canadian Prime minister Mark Carney has said the country is now at "war" with the United States after the latter imposed fifty per cent tariffs on a range of Canadian goods - affecting around twenty-billion dollars worth of exports. A group of former Swedish ambassadors and officials say the Scanadavian country needs to rethink its relationship with the Taliban. The plea was made in an letter to a Swedish newspaper.
