When could Wolves be relegated?

- Published
Wolverhampton Wanderers could be relegated from the Premier League as early as 18 April.
Rob Edwards' side are bottom of the table having picked up just 17 points from 32 matches, leaving Wolves 15 points from safety with just six games to go.
Wolves can only reach a maximum of 35 points this season and that would require them winning each of their final sixmatches.
They face another relegation-threatened side in Leeds United this weekend.
If Wolves beat Leeds, they will remain in the Premier League for at least one more round of fixtures.
A draw means that if Nottingham Forest avoid defeat at home to Burnley and West Ham win at Crystal Palace, Wolves' relegation will be confirmed on Monday night.
But a defeat at Elland Road means that if Tottenham win in their Saturday teatime kick-off against Brighton & Hove Albion, Wolves' relegation will be confirmed.
Alternatively, if Wolves and lose and Spurs do not win, West Ham only need a draw on Monday to confirm a return to the Championship for Rob Edwards' side.
