Sportsworld will have live Premier League commentary of Leeds, fresh of their win against Manchester United, against bottom of the table Wolves. Lee James will be joined by the former Wolves and England winger Matt Jarvis and the former Nottingham Forest manager and West ham assistant Mark Warburton to look ahead to that big match in the relegation battle. They will also preview another big game for Tottenham against Brighton and Bournemouth’s first game since Andoni Iraola announced his summer departure. We’ll go to the Bundesliga to see how Marie-Louise Eta fared in her first match in charge of Union Berlin, after becoming the first ever female to be appointed head coach of a men’s team in Europe’s top five leagues. There’s also Women’s World Cup 2027 qualifiers, Women’s Rugby Union Six Nations and we’ll be in New York to see if Alycia Baumgardner defended her WBA, WBO and IBF super-featherweight titles. We’ll also hear from Uruguay’s history making World Athletics Championships bronze medallist Julia Paternain ahead of her debut London Marathon. And we’ll be in Spain for the semi finals of the Barcelona Open and a preview of the Copa Del Rey final between Atletico Madrid and Real Sociedad.
