Shaping our future in Hong Kong
Tuesday 28 September 2004 saw Asia Pacific's first Shape our Future session. Staff from BBC Worldwide, BBC World and BBC News all got involved.
The Hong Kong office hold regular Making it Happen meetings and made it a priority to think about the challenges facing everyone in the BBC and come up with some ideas of their own to help shape our future.
In November 2003, BBC World and BBC Worldwide teams headed over to Macau, the first major event organised by the local MiH team.
Feedback from the Macau Away Day came in thick and fast. One of the team said: "I think overall it gave us the stepping stones to understand and work better together."
Well, they've certainly been working together ever since. Here's how they've made it happen in Hong Kong over the past year, captured in pictures.
