He's been one of the most successful managers in the history of the Premier League, but now Pep Guardiola has officially announced he's ready to step down as Manchester City's manager.
Manchester City made the announcement on their website, and have said the team are preparing for him to leave the club at the end of this season.
Pep said while there's no one reason to leave, he know it's the right time.
He wrote on the City website: "Nothing is eternal, if it was, I would be here. Eternal will be the feeling, the people, the memories, the love I have for my Manchester City."
Despite no longer being manager, he will continue to work as a global ambassador for the team, the club have said.
Manchester City chairman Khaldoon Al Mubarak agreed that now is the right time for Pep, and said "he has not only made Manchester City better - he has also made football better".

Guardiola has been at City for 10 years and in that time has led them to win 17 trophies.

Who is Pep Guardiola?

Guardiola joined Man City in 2016, after three seasons at Bayern Munich.
During his time there, he won three Bundesliga titles in a row and two German cups.
Before that he managed at Barcelona where he developed his famous style of football.
Before becoming a manager, Pep Guardiola was a defensive midfielder and played at Barcelona for most of his career.
He also captained Spain to gold in the 1992 Barcelona Olympics.
Trophies Galore

Guardiola has led City to 17 major trophies - and 20 in all - including six Premier League titles, the Champions League, three FA Cups and five EFL Cups.
The confirmation of Guardiola's exit comes three days after the club were beaten to the 2025-26 Premier League title by Arsenal.
Treble takers

Man City became only the second English team in history to complete the Treble.
That's when a team wins the Premier League, FA Cup and Champions League all in the same season.
They joined their local rivals Manchester United, who won the Treble in 1998-1999.
Did you know: Pep achieved the same feat with Barcelona in 2008/09 and he's the only manager to have done it twice.
Points, points and more points

Man City are the only team to reach 100 points in a Premier League season, doing so in 2017-18, when they also set the record for the most goals scored in a campaign, with 106.
The previous record was 95 points, held by Chelsea since the 2004-05 season.
English league title winners

City made history by becoming the first team to win the English league not once, not twice but four times in a row with their triumph in the 2023-24 campaign.
Who might replace him?

Nothing has been announced yet, but it seems like Enzo Maresca is the favourite to replace Pep Guardiola.
He used to be Chelsea's head coach but also previously worked at City as an assistant to Guardiola during City's treble-winning season.
Enzo Maresca spent one full season at Chelsea, where he won the Club World Cup and Conference League.
