A former NATO boss has accused the UK government of complacency on national defence. Lord Robertson, who's also a former Labour defence secretary, will outline his concerns in speech later today. He'll say the country is "underprepared", "under attack" and that Britain's safety is “in peril.” What do you make of that? Should we spend more money on our armed forces?

Passengers across Europe have been missing flights, waiting hours at border control, and spending thousands on flights home – all because of new EU border checks. The new system obliges third-country nationals - including Britons - who enter the Schengen free travel zone to register biometric information, including facial scans and fingerprints. Has it made you think twice about travelling?

And finally… Do you love a comic? We've been flicking through them since the 1930s, which was known as the golden age of comic books... Nowadays there's a bit of a difference. With social media as popular as ever, webcomics are on the rise, often shifting to book formats later. So, is this a new era for comic books?
