The second BBC Wales' Your Voice Live: Ask the Leader was last night in Llandudno, ahead of the Senedd election on 7 May. Labour’s Eluned Morgan, Reform’s Dan Thomas, and Green’s Anthony Slaughter faced questions from an audience of voters. The week prior, featured the Plaid Cymru, Welsh Conservative and Welsh Liberal Democrat leaders. We are now well into campaign season, but who has impressed you so far? A petition to create a public register of all offenders convicted of animal abuse and introduce an automatic, lifetime ban on animal ownership for anyone convicted of animal neglect or abuse has reached nearly 170,000 signatures online. This means that Parliament will consider this for a debate. How should animal abusers be dealt with? Is this the answer?

A cave hidden beneath an 11th Century castle in Pembrokeshire is a "truly remarkable site" which could rewrite Britain's prehistory, researchers say. Small digs of the cave under Pembroke Castle, as Wogan Cavern, have so far uncovered "extremely rare" evidence of early humans and animals - including the bones of a hippopotamus which roamed Wales 120,000 years ago!
