This time, Sian explores the National Trust site of Clumber Park in Nottinghamshire to discover what the changing seasons can teach us about navigating change in our own lives. Among ancient Sherwood oaks, Europe’s longest Lime Tree Avenue and a walled garden containing more than 100 varieties of rhubarb, Sian discovers how spending time among trees and witnessing seasonal change can support our wellbeing.

Amid this peaceful landscape, Sian features gently moving melodies from composers like Eric Whitacre, Henryk Gorecki and Augusta Holmes, and this episode also features a chance to Find Your Focus with a shimmering piano piece by Luke Faulkner. Also, Professor Catherine Loveday explores the scientific theories behind how trees can support our wellbeing.
