Today will continue very hot and humid under sunny skies and a light south-easterly, and later north-easterly breeze. Coastal areas could feel a little less hot under the breeze.

Tonight

Winds will shift north-easterly in the evening and overnight allowing for a slightly cooler night than the previous. Skies will be widely clear but around dawn, some fog may develop on the coast.

Thursday

Areas of fog will linger on coastal regions tomorrow morning, some possibly until midday. In the afternoon, they will lift allowing for extensive sunshine. Hot again, but under a keen easterly breeze.

Outlook for Friday to Sunday

Remaining very hot and humid on Friday and Saturday, though temperatures will tend to take a dip by Sunday which will feel cooler in comparison. There will be plenty of sunshine throughout the period with an added risk of a few scattered thunderstorms on Friday morning and again on Saturday afternoon and evening. A smaller risk of a few scattered thundery showers on Sunday too.
