Tonight will continue to turn overcast, with spells of rain developing from the south-west. These will become heavy and persistent later on in the night.

Wednesday

Tomorrow morning will be cloudy with heavy rain. The rain will gradually clear eastwards in the afternoon, leaving it dry with some late brightness developing in the evening. A much cooler day.

Outlook for Thursday to Saturday

Thursday will be dry with sunshine, along with some patchy cloud in the afternoon. A chance of some rain in the evening, but more likely overnight. A windy day on Friday, with blustery rain to start, clearing to leave it largely dry and bright later on. Saturday will remain breezy, and it will be dry with sunshine throughout. Staying generally cooler than of late.
