This year's events at BBC Hereford and Worcester include a fancy dress run over the Sabrina footbridge in Worcester, and sports reporter Nicola Goodwin running from Worcester to Hereford
We have eight fantastic lots for you to bid for in the Children in Need auction - so get bidding and help raise money for a good cause.
Bids will be updated from 0830 on Friday 21st November for the Van Morrison tickets, and from 1000 on the same day for all other lots.
