People do lots of silly things in a good cause on Children in Need day - and the staff at BBC Hereford and Worcester are no exception.

They walked across the Sabrina footbridge in Worcester in fancy dress all day.

The costumes have all be lent by Susie's Fancy Dress in Malvern.
