Tonight, it will continue cloudy for the Isles and northern parts of the mainland with the odd spot of light rain possible. Southern parts of the mainland will see some clear spells.

Tomorrow, the Isles will have sunny spells, areas of cloud and the occasional shower moving in from the west. Largely dry and cloudy for the mainland, with a few glimpses of sunshine at times.

Outlook for Monday to Wednesday

Areas of mist and fog on Monday morning will lift from the mainland to leave sunshine and patchy cloud. The Isles will also see increasing spells of sunshine. Mostly cloudy with showers on the mainland on Tuesday, but the Isles will have lots of sunshine. A mix of cloud, sunny spells and showers on the mainland on Wednesday. Dry and sunnier on the Isles. Turning breezier.
