Tonight, the mainland will turn cloudy, but southern areas will see clear spells develop later. The Isles will have extensive cloud, with a few spots of rain at times. Clearer in Shetland later.

Tomorrow, the Isles will cloud over again during the morning, with some patches of rain, these more likely in Orkney. The mainland will be variably cloudy, but overcast across the far west.

Outlook for Monday to Wednesday

Monday will see spells of rain on the Isles clear to sunny spells later on. A dry day with variable cloud on the mainland. Tuesday is expected to become largely sunny with just a few patches of cloud during the morning. Wednesday looks set to be a dry day with a good deal of sunshine, but Shetland may be rather cloudy. Warm days on the mainland.
