Outlook for Wednesday to Friday

Wednesday is expected to be mostly dry with sunny spells across the Isles, but the mainland will see bands of cloud and occasional showers before skies clear in the evening. Thursday looks to have some heavy showers on the mainland, and possibly Orkney later. Mainly sunny on Shetland. A mix of sunshine and scattered showers on Friday.
