Your weather photos: Hot days and swirling clouds

In the height of summer, Cumbria and north-east England has been treated to hot days and spectacular nights.

While some photographers captured the once-in-a-generation partial solar eclipse earlier this week, others turned their cameras to the swirling clouds overhead.

Here is what our Weather Watchers sent through this week.
