Mansfield Recycling Centre is due to close for a week in June for essential repair works.

Nottinghamshire County Council said the recycling centre in Kestral Road would be closed from 1 June to 7 June for works to be carried out on the footpath and access road.

The council said the site would reopen as normal from 8 June.

It thanked residents for their understanding and advised them to use an alternative site such as Warsop, Bilsthorpe or Hucknall Recycling Centre during the period the centre would be closed.
