Man, 25, charged over alleged murder in Glasgow flats

A man has been charged over an alleged murder in a block of flats in Glasgow.

Paul McMinigal, 44, was found with serious injuries at the building on Burgher Street in the city's east end on 24 July and was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police investigating the case say they have now arrested and charged a 25-year-old man, who is due to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court on Monday.

A report will be submitted to the procurator fiscal.
