Two men have been arrested in connection with a fatal motorbike crash.

Northamptonshire Police were called to reports of a single vehicle crash on Banbury Road in Chipping Warden at 20:30 BST on Friday.

A man in his 40s who was riding a BMW M1000R died at the scene, the force said.

Two men have been arrested on suspicion of aiding and abetting causing death by dangerous driving and drink-driving, in relation to the collision.

Police sad the motorbike which had been travelling south on Banbury Road, at the approach to the Hogg End junction, before it left the carriageway and came to rest in bushes.

Officers are appealing for anyone with information to come forward.
