From a dog's escapades with a rubber duck, to a woman rebuilding her life - these stories have been in the news this week

While the headlines are often filled with more serious stories, there are still plenty of positive and happier moments happening across the West Midlands - and we want to celebrate and share them.

This week, we were treated to clear skies for Wednesday's eclipse, celebrated Matt Hudson-Smith entering the record books and found out how one dog came unstuck thanks to a rubber duck.
