The Red Devils' parachute display over Douglas Bay has been cancelled due to rain being forecast.

No jumps are allowed to take place during poor weather conditions, and showers are expected later this afternoon.

The world-famous British Army display team had been due to perform at 19:30 BST, with a jump over Douglas Bay and a beach landing opposite the Villa Marina.

It follows the announcement that the Manx Grand Prix and Classic TT races were cancelled from Tuesday onwards, after poor weather was forecast.
