Two men and a woman have appeared in court after the death of a man in Aberdeen last year.

David Prystajko, 44, was found dead at a property on Marquis Road on Saturday 22 November.

Daniel Mlynarski, 28, Radoslaw Ferbes, 32, and Ewa Marzec, 43, appeared at Aberdeen Sheriff Court charged with culpable homicide.

They made no plea and were remanded in custody.

Prystajko's family said he was a "deeply loved father, son and brother".

In a statement, relatives said: "He was a caring and loving person, and the grief experienced due to this unexpected loss has been unimaginable.

"There has not been a single day that David has been out of our thoughts, and he will remain in our hearts forever.

Police Scotland Det Insp Andy Machray said: "Our thoughts remain with David's family during this difficult time."
