Police are investigating the death of the man in a collision near Metheringham, Lincolnshire.
The crash on 11 October involved a van driver and a motorcyclist, who died from his injuries.
The incident happened on Friday on the A607.
37-year-old Najeeb Onaolapo has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving.
