Police attended the scene of a fire at a property in Gortgonis Terrace, Coalisland, at about 23:40 BST on Sunday.
There was no one in either property at the time of the fires and no injuries were reported.
One person is taken to hospital to be treated for smoke inhalation following the fire at a house in the Ballynakilly Road area.
Ógras Youth Centre in Coalisland runs summer schemes for about 450 children.
