Two masked men entered the property on the Fermoyle Road around 01:15 BST on Saturday and tied the couple up.
The fatal crashes happened at Macosquin, near Coleraine, and in Cookstown on Thursday.
Candice Tosh, who was 15, died after being struck by a car in Macosquin on Thursday.
