Victim named in fatal crash that left eight injured
GoogleAn inquest has opened into the death of a 20-year-old man who died in a crash that left eight other people injured.
Aaran Dixon, from Wicken Green, Fakenham, was a passenger in a white Volkswagen Golf on the A148 when it was involved in a collision with four other vehicles at Abbey Road, Hillington, near King's Lynn, at 15:25 BST on 8 August. Dixon died at the scene.
A provisional cause of his death was due to multiple injuries, Norfolk Coroner's Court heard when the inquest opened on Monday.
Norfolk Police has been approached for an update on the condition of the eight other people who were injured in the incident.
Martin Giles/BBCThe 20-year-old female driver of the vehicle Banks was a passenger in was taken to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in King's Lynn, and a second passenger, a man in his 20s, had minor injuries.

Norfolk Police said a woman in her 30s who had been driving a grey Nissan Juke also suffered a serious injury, along with a child who was a passenger. Two others in the car - a woman in her 50s and a child - were also left with minor injuries.
The driver of the grey Volkswagen Golf, a woman in her 20s, and the driver of the black BMW, a man in his 60s, both had minor injuries.
A pre-inquest is due to be held on 15 February next year.
